StarsJoy sells Telegram Stars, Telegram Premium and Telegram Gifts to people in Uzbekistan, paid for in Uzbek som with local Uzcard and Humo cards.
The service exists because of a specific gap. Telegram's own checkout — the App Store, Google Play, Fragment or @PremiumBot — requires an international card or a TON crypto wallet. Neither is realistic for most people in Uzbekistan, where Uzcard and Humo are the everyday card systems. StarsJoy bridges that: you pay in som from the card you already have, and the Stars or subscription are delivered through Telegram's official mechanisms.
Everything happens inside @starsjoybot and its Mini App. You choose the service, pay, and receive it in about 10 seconds.
StarsJoy is an independent reseller. It is not an official Telegram partner, and does not claim to be. Clause 2.3 of the public offer states this explicitly.
What that means in practice: delivery runs through Telegram's official API and the Fragment infrastructure, using Telegram's own Gift Stars and Gift Premium mechanisms. Your subscription or Stars are attached to your real account through the official route — there is no workaround, no shared account and no grey scheme.
It also means we never need access to your account. A Telegram username is the only thing required. Your password, your SMS login code and your 2FA code are never requested — by us or by anyone legitimate. Any service that asks for them is trying to steal the account.

All prices are set in Uzbek som, so there is no currency conversion and no exchange-rate surprise between ordering and paying.
You can pay with any Uzcard or Humo card issued in Uzbekistan. The transfer itself can be made from whichever app you already use — Click, Payme, Uzum or your own bank's app; the system only checks that the correct amount reached the correct card. Business and API customers can additionally use Payme directly.
