Short answer: yes — Uzbeks living in Russia, Turkey, Korea or any other country can still buy Telegram Stars or Premium. Message @starsjoysupport, state the amount or plan you need and the recipient's Telegram username, then pay with an Uzcard, Humo or Visa/Mastercard card. Once support confirms the payment, the StarsJoy team delivers it manually — usually within 10 minutes.
A question that comes up often among Uzbeks working or studying in Russia, Turkey, Korea or elsewhere: if your Uzcard or Humo card stayed behind in Uzbekistan, can you still buy Telegram Stars or gift Premium to a friend at all?
The answer is yes, and this article shows exactly how it works, which cards are accepted, and how long it takes.
Why the standard bot flow doesn't always work
The regular purchase flow through @starsjoybot runs on Click or Payme, payment rails built primarily around Uzbekistan's own banking system. If the only card you have was issued abroad, or the payment step throws an error, the standard bot flow may not accept it.
That's the exact situation @starsjoysupport exists for — a manual path built specifically for customers outside Uzbekistan.
How it works through @starsjoysupport
- Message support. Contact @starsjoysupport on Telegram and state how many Stars or which Premium plan (3/6/12 months) you need, plus the recipient's Telegram username.
- Get the price. The team sends the exact amount and payment details.
- Pay. Complete the payment using an Uzcard, Humo or Visa/Mastercard card.
- Receive it. Once the payment is confirmed, the StarsJoy team sends the Stars or Premium manually — usually within 10 minutes.
Which cards work
| Card type | Note |
|---|---|
| Uzcard / Humo | Your own card, or a relative's in Uzbekistan — what matters is that it has enough balance |
| Visa / Mastercard | An international card issued abroad is accepted too, confirmed manually through @starsjoysupport |
How long it takes
The automated purchase through @starsjoybot typically delivers in about 10 seconds. Because @starsjoysupport processes orders by hand, it takes a little longer — once the payment is confirmed, Stars or Premium usually arrives within 10 minutes.
Is this safe?
Yes. At no point is a password, SMS code, or any Telegram login detail requested. The only thing needed is the recipient's public username, and the purchase itself runs through Telegram's own official delivery mechanism.

Does the recipient need to be in Uzbekistan?
No. Sending Telegram Stars or Premium runs on username, and the recipient's location is irrelevant — the same process works whether you're buying for yourself, for family back in Uzbekistan, or for a friend in another country.

Frequently asked questions

Why @starsjoysupport instead of the regular @starsjoybot flow?

No. Delivery runs on the recipient's Telegram username, and their location makes no difference — you can send to yourself or to anyone in any country.
Is this process safe?
Yes. No password, SMS code or Telegram login details are ever requested — only the recipient's public username.
