The Telegram app itself has no Click or Payme button: Premium is sold there through the App Store or Google Play and usually needs an international card. So in Uzbekistan, Click and Payme are used when buying Premium from a local seller — as the way to send the payment. Here's how it works, what it costs and where to be careful.
How does paying with Click or Payme work?
At StarsJoy, payment is a transfer to the card the bot shows you. Both Click and Payme can send card-to-card transfers, so both work. The flow is simple:
- you choose a plan in the bot and enter a username;
- the bot shows the card number to pay to and the exact amount;
- you transfer that amount to the card from Click or Payme;
- once the payment is confirmed, Premium is activated on the account with that username.
In other words, you don't need to look for a separate "Telegram Premium" service inside Click or Payme — an ordinary card transfer is enough. For the same reason, any banking app works too.
How much does Premium cost with Click or Payme?
The app you pay from doesn't change the price of Premium. Only the app's own transfer fee can differ:
| Plan | Price | Per month | With a 1.1% fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 months | 172,000 UZS | ~57,300 UZS | + ~1,900 UZS |
| 6 months | 232,000 UZS | ~38,700 UZS | + ~2,600 UZS |
| 12 months | 422,000 UZS | ~35,200 UZS | + ~4,600 UZS |
Prices follow the rate at the time of the order — check the amount in the bot before paying. A full breakdown of the middle plan: Telegram Premium 6 months price.
Picked a plan? Open @starsjoybot — place the order and pay from Click or Payme; Premium is usually active in about 10 seconds.
Do Click and Payme charge a fee?
StarsJoy adds no commission — the amount in the bot is the full price of Premium. But the app that makes the transfer may charge its own fee:
- Click and Payme — usually around 1.1% for a card-to-card transfer (per Spot.uz, February 2026);
- Banking apps — about 0.5% at most banks, and free up to a certain amount at some;
- Paid subscriptions — for example, the Payme Plus "Hammasi ichida" subscription makes transfers free up to a set limit.
These terms change often and depend on the bank that issued your card. The most reliable source is the screen right before you confirm the transfer: the fee is shown there on its own line.
Important: the fee is charged to your card on top of the amount. The recipient's card must receive exactly the amount the bot shows — don't reduce it by the fee.
How to get Premium with Click or Payme
- Place the order in the bot. Open @starsjoybot in Telegram, choose 3, 6 or 12 months under Premium and enter the username that should get Premium — yours or someone else's.
- Note the card and amount. The bot shows the card number to pay to and the exact amount. Copy the card number rather than typing it by hand.
- Open Click or Payme. Go to the card transfer section, paste the card number and enter the amount the bot showed.
- Check and confirm. Make sure the recipient card and the amount match the bot, then confirm the transfer.
- Receive Premium. Once the payment is confirmed, Premium is usually active in about 10 seconds. Under the public offer, orders are fulfilled within 5 minutes.
Keep the transfer receipt in the app — if anything goes wrong, that's what support will ask for.
Click or Payme — which is better?
For buying Premium there's almost no practical difference:
| Criterion | Click | Payme |
|---|---|---|
| Cards | Uzcard, Humo | Uzcard, Humo |
| Premium price | Same | Same |
| Transfer fee | usually ~1.1% | usually ~1.1%, free up to a limit with a subscription |
| Activation speed | usually 10 seconds | usually 10 seconds |
So the rule is simple: use the app your card is already linked to. If your bank's own app charges a lower transfer fee, paying from it comes out slightly cheaper — Premium is activated exactly the same way.
What if the payment doesn't go through?
- Not enough balance. Check that the card covers both the Premium price and the fee.
- Limit reached. If you've already made large transfers that day, your daily limit may fall short. Pay from another card or another app.
- Wrong amount sent. An amount that differs from the one in the bot won't be recognised. Contact support with your receipt.
- Charged, but no Premium. Send your payment receipt to @starsjoy_bot within 24 hours.
Is it safe, and can I get a refund?
An order needs only a Telegram username. You make the transfer yourself, in your own app — so there's no reason to give anyone a code:
- never share an SMS code from Click, Payme or your bank, your card PIN or your Telegram password — anyone who asks for them is a scammer;
- take the card number only from the order window in the bot, and don't send money to a card someone messages you privately.
Under the StarsJoy public offer:
- If the payment went through but the order failed for a technical reason, you get a full refund;
- To claim it, send your payment receipt through @starsjoy_bot within 24 hours;
- If a wrong username was entered and Premium was activated for someone else, the payment can't be refunded — check the username twice before paying.
It's a one-time transfer: there's no auto-renewal and your card isn't charged later. More: is StarsJoy legit.
