Short answer: there is no separate Telegram Business subscription. Business is a group of features bundled inside Telegram Premium. If you already pay for Premium, you already have Business and may simply not have switched it on.
Why the confusion exists
Telegram markets Business under its own name, with its own settings section and its own onboarding. That naming makes it look like a tier — the way most software sells a "Business plan" above a personal one. It is not. It is closer to a folder of features that appears once you subscribe.

Which business features are actually worth the setup
Not all of them earn their keep. In practice three do most of the work:
- Away message. The single highest-value one. A customer messaging at 23:00 gets an immediate answer telling them when you open, instead of silence that reads as being ignored.
- Quick replies. If you answer the same four questions every day — price, delivery, location, availability — saving them as shortcuts removes most of the repetitive typing.
- Opening hours and location. Shown directly on your profile, so people stop asking.
The greeting message is worth setting once and then leaving alone. Chat tags help only if you handle enough conversations to lose track of them.
Your customers need nothing
This is the part that makes it useful. Everything customer-facing works outward: they see your hours, your location, your greeting and your away message on a completely ordinary free account. There is no app to install, no subscription to buy and nothing to accept.
Enabling it from Uzbekistan

No. A bot is a separate automated account you build. Business features run on your own account, with your own name and chats — no development needed. You can link a bot to a business account, but that is optional.
